Emery Rowand, Managing Partner

Emery has 15 years experience managing profit and loss for divisions of Fortune 500 companies and has consistently demonstrated an ability to quickly grow sales organizations by attracting and developing top caliber talent. Emery began his search career working with Artemis Search, a boutique executive search firm serving the biopharmaceutical industry. Donna Motta , Principal

Donna has over 11 years of executive search experience filling senior level positions in a variety of industries including telecommunications, healthcare, finance, banking, high technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail and food distribution industry. Prior to joining Savant, Donna ran her own consulting firm for nine years. She has extensive experience working with venture capital firms and incubators where she attracted industry leading talent to portfolio companies. Clients have included Intalio, Bluedot, Business Layers, Garage.com, Actelis Networks, iScribe, Guardian Angel, 3Com, Palm Pilot, Monolithic Systems, Inspectech, Pensare, and Alta Vista. Julie Locke , Principal

Julie Locke has been helping leading edge technology companies build world-class executive teams for over a decade. She began working with Savant Consulting in 2002 and today focuses on driving CEO and VP-level searches in Consumer internet, online media and Saas. She has completed searches in a variety of functional areas including CEO, marketing, operations, product management and business development and she has a particular personal interest in companies with products for social good. Julie has helped to build the executive teams at Zynga, Like.com, Retrevo, Ebates, MetaCafe, Google, Tagged, Topsy, Adchemy, Proximic, Podbridge, MokaFive among others. She is a recognized search professional and has a proven ability to attract and close top-tier executive talent for her clients. Julie grew up in Ireland and earned her BA in Political Science from Furman University, MA and PhD (abd) in International Relations with an emphasis in Third World development from the University of South Carolina and MA in Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was awarded Phi Beta Kappa.

Catherine Cadloni, Principal

Catherine Cadloni earned her RN degree and worked in a clinical setting until 1995, when she opened the Amsterdam office of recruiting firm Nicholson International. She led the international research team for the Healthcare Practice in Europe and also worked in the Asia Pacific and Americas or several years. Catherine also worked in-house for Kaiser Permanente until late 2003. Catherine joined Savant Consulting in 2004 where she focuses on the biopharmaceutical, healthcare and high-technology industries.
