Emery Rowand, Managing Partner

Emery has 15 years experience managing profit and loss for divisions of Fortune 500 companies and has consistently demonstrated an ability to quickly grow sales organizations by attracting and developing top caliber talent. Emery began his search career working with Artemis Search, a boutique executive search firm serving the biopharmaceutical industry. Catherine Cadloni, Principal

Catherine Cadloni earned her RN degree and worked in a clinical setting until 1995, when she opened the Amsterdam office of recruiting firm Nicholson International. She led the international research team for the Healthcare Practice in Europe and also worked in the Asia Pacific and Americas or several years. Catherine also worked in-house for Kaiser Permanente until late 2003. Catherine joined Savant Consulting in 2004 where she focuses on the biopharmaceutical, healthcare and high-technology industries.

Grace Walcott, Associate

Grace Walcott has worked as a consultant, researcher and recruiter for the past 10 years for industry leading clients including Amazon.com, AT&T, Goldman Sachs and Genentech. She excels as creating rapport with candidates to understand their strengths and then matching those to the needs of her client. Grace joined Savant Consulting early in 2002 as an executive search consultant and is a member of the Bay Area Recruiters' Association.
